Check to see what we will be making for that lab. You may need to contact a group member to find out what you are making if groups are preparing different recipes.
Write your recipe in your course packet or on a separate sheet of paper if you do not have your packet at home with you. Refer to the "Culinary Arts 1 RECIPES" document above for the recipe you need to write.
**Failure to prepare for a lab will result in lost points for that lab.**

After successfully completing Culinary Arts & Nutrition 1, please consider taking either Culinary Arts & Nutrition 2 OR Restaurant Management 1! You can always take Culinary 2 and then Restaurant Management.

Take this course if you want to expand your food preparation knowledge and skills, but need a refresher of Culinary 1, enjoy cooking as a hobby, and/or want to challenge yourself to become great in the kitchen.
